My Story
From Community Advocate to Grant Writing Expert
Sparx of Joy is led by Joy Randle, an accomplished grant writer, funding strategist, and community advocate with a passion for empowering organizations that serve marginalized and underserved communities.
As a first-generation college graduate, Gates Scholar alumna, and Merle Palmer Scholar alumna, Joy understands firsthand the transformative power of educational opportunities, community investment, and access to resources.
With a background in human resources, public administration, nonprofit grant writing, and strategic development, Joy brings a unique perspective to helping organizations secure critical funding and advance their missions.
Her passion for supporting marginalized communities drives every aspect of Sparx of Joy. She believes that organizations doing meaningful work deserve access to the financial resources, strategic guidance, and opportunities necessary to create lasting change.
As the founder and sole operator of Sparx of Joy, Joy takes a hands-on approach with every client, providing direct communication, tailored strategies, and a responsive partner genuinely invested in their success.
